What is a travel eSIM?
A travel eSIM is a digital SIM you can add to a compatible phone before you fly, so you can use mobile data after landing without swapping your physical SIM. From here you can continue to our partner Airalo and check plans for your destination country yourself. We do not publish invented eSIM prices on this page — the real plan, data amount, validity and price for your destination are shown by Airalo before you pay.

Yesim — another eSIM option
You can also check destination data plans on Yesim as a second eSIM option. Compare the destination, data amount, validity and final price on Yesim, and confirm your phone supports eSIM before you pay — we do not publish invented plan prices here.

Who needs it
- Anyone travelling abroad from Bangladesh who needs internet right after landing — for maps, ride apps, hotel check-in and messaging.
- Travellers visiting Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, China or other destinations on a short trip who do not want airport SIM queues or high roaming charges — compare Airalo against roaming on the partner site.
- People whose phone supports eSIM. Check your phone model supports eSIM and is unlocked before you buy — if it does not, an eSIM plan will not work.
How it works (3 steps)
- Click the Airalo or Yesim button above. You leave Cheap Ticket Finder and open the partner site in a new tab.
- On the partner site, choose your destination country, compare data amount and validity days, and confirm your phone is eSIM-compatible before paying.
- Buy and install on the partner site only, following Airalo's activation instructions — ideally install before departure and activate as Airalo advises. We do not take payment, and we never ask for passport, card or booking-login details.
Before you pay — checks
- Confirm eSIM support and that your phone is not carrier-locked; check whether the plan is data-only and whether hotspot/tethering is allowed on that plan.
- Match data amount and validity to your trip length, and check coverage for the exact country or region you will visit.
- Keep your Bangladesh SIM active for bank OTPs if you need them — plan how you will receive verification codes while abroad.
Before you fly
A travel eSIM is mobile data for a compatible phone. It does not replace a passport. It is not a voice plan unless the partner page says that plan includes calls. Many plans are data-only, so maps and messages work while calls to local numbers may not.
Install the eSIM while you still have a reliable connection, often before you leave, and switch it on the way the partner explains. Some plans start the validity clock when you install. Others start when you first connect abroad. Read that rule on the plan you choose.
Keep your Bangladesh SIM working if you still need bank codes. An eSIM for data can sit beside a physical SIM on many phones, but only if the phone is unlocked and supports eSIM. If the partner says the phone is not supported, do not buy the plan.
