How it works (3 steps)

Before you pay — checks
- Compare the final payable total and check what is included: meet-and-greet, flight-delay waiting, tolls, child seats and extra baggage.
- Confirm pickup instructions, driver contact process, free waiting time if your flight is delayed, and the cancellation policy.
- Use your correct flight number and arrival time so the driver can track delays, and keep enough time after landing for immigration and baggage.
After you land
An airport transfer is a car arranged before you fly, from the airport to a hotel or another address. It is separate from the flight ticket. The driver meets you under the partner’s instructions, which you should read before you travel. Some meetings are in the arrivals hall. Some use a named meeting point.
Put the flight number and landing time on the booking so a delay can be seen. Immigration and baggage still take time after the aircraft parks. Check the free waiting time on the partner page, and check what happens if the flight is early or cancelled.
Compare the vehicle size with your group and your bags. A car that is too small is a problem you only see at the curb. Child seats, tolls, and extra stops are stated on the partner page when they are offered. Confirm the final total there. This site does not dispatch cars and does not take the payment.
